Standard Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch your order within 7 days but please allow up 14 days for delivery. For UK orders we use a Royal Mail recorded delivery service. This service along with our overseas couriers will need to be signed for by someone on arrival.
We will send you an email once your order has been despatched.
Next Day Delivery
We do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service, but if you require your purchase urgently please call us on +44 (0) 20 7284 2236 and we will make every effort to get it to you by special delivery.
If it is important that your item is delivered by a specific date please let us know.
Delivery Charges
As a guideline, we charge a one-off delivery fee for each order, regardless of how many items are ordered. The fee relates only to the country for delivery, as follows:
UK from £5.00
USA from £10.00
Asia, Australia from £15.00
Everywhere else from £20.00
Tracking Your Order
As soon as you place an order you will receive a confirmation via email.

Returns
Please try on your order carefully. We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not happy or need to exchange it for a different size please return the item within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to offer returns on underwear, or on specific items where this is clearly indicated.
To return your order please follow the following procedure:
1 Post the items you wish to return back to stella, 5 Market Hall, Camden Lock, London, NW1 8AL as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your order.
2 Please return all goods in their original condition, unworn*, with original packaging and a copy receipt.
3 Please return items recorded delivery. We are unable to exchange, refund, or replace items that are lost in the post.
We are unable to refund the return postage, or any postage.
Exchanging Your Purchase
If you need to change your order for a different size, we will send it at no extra postage cost. For any returns thereafter, postage will be charged on both UK and overseas deliveries.
Please return the item in the way described above. Remember to let us know what you would like to exchange your order for.
Refunds
A full refund is given if required for orders returned new and unworn* within 14 days from the date on which you received them. All returns will be credited to the original customer's credit card excluding delivery charges. Refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU.
*Original Condition and unworn means there are no marks or signs of wear on the items, and the items are returned in saleable condition. We cannot accept any returns if your order has been worn or marked. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you do not want to receive e-mails from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail with 'unsubscribe' in the title bar.
We do not share your details with any other organisation. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.
